Salus Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.
  • All payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Unused services do not carry over to the next month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Discounts, loyalty points, and service credits cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  • Service substitutions (within the same tier value) may be requested and are subject to approval at the clinic’s discretion.
  • Free taxi credit (up to AED 100 per month) is available to Diamond members only and valid for rides within Dubai.
  • Loyalty points and service credits earned during the membership are valid for 6 months after your membership ends.
  • Early cancellation of quarterly or annual memberships may result in forfeiture of unused services, credits, and loyalty bonuses.
