Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • By booking an appointment or purchasing any treatment or package with Salus Clinic, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and professional experience for all patients.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the patient’s statutory rights under applicable UAE laws and regulations.

 

2. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling to avoid disruption to other patients.

 

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend (no-show) may result in the session being deducted from your package or a cancellation fee being applied.

 

4. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
  • Package payments must be made in full prior to the first session unless a prior agreement has been arranged.
  • For in-clinic payment plans on packages of 3 or more sessions. Patients may split the total package cost into two payments:
    • – The first 50% is payable at the first session.
    • – The remaining 50% must be paid in full at the second session.
  • Failure to complete the second payment may result in suspension of further treatments until the balance is settled.

 

5. Refund

  • All payments made for treatments, packages, and services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once a treatment session has been used or commenced, it is considered fully redeemed and is not eligible for refund.
  • In exceptional circumstances, where a treatment is deemed medically unsuitable by our practitioner before commencement, Salus Clinic may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative treatment or clinic credit.
  • Any approved clinic credit is non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.

 

6. Promotions & Offers

  • All promotional offers, discounted services, and special packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers, or applied retrospectively to previous purchases unless explicitly stated.
  • Salus Clinic reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

 

7. Packages

  • All treatment packages purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Packages must be used within the validity period provided at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
  • Once a treatment session has been used or commenced, it is considered fully redeemed and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
  • Any approved clinic credit must be used within the specified validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

8. Treatment Results

  • Results may vary from patient to patient depending on individual skin type, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.
  • No guarantees can be made regarding the outcome of any treatment.

 

9. Patient Responsibility

  • Patients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and skin conditions prior to treatment.
  • Salus Clinic is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions.

 

10. Contraindications & Refusal of Treatment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the patient.
  • This includes (but is not limited to) certain medical conditions, skin infections, pregnancy (for specific treatments), or recent sun exposure.

 

11. Hygiene & Preparation

  • Patients are required to follow all pre-treatment guidelines provided.
  • For laser treatments, shaving must be done prior to the appointment unless otherwise arranged. Shaving services are available at an additional charge (100 AED full body / 50 AED per area).

 

12. Liability

  • While all treatments are performed by trained professionals using approved equipment, Salus Clinic is not liable for any unforeseen side effects, complications, or dissatisfaction with results.

 

13. Personal Belongings

  • Patients are responsible for their personal belongings. Salus Clinic is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

 

14. Amendments

  • Salus Clinic reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
